Teenagers need to be taught about mutual masturbation in sex-ed classes. It is a nice safe way to give and receive pleasure before they are ready for full sex. I did it with my boyfriend as a teen and it satisfied us both. I caught my son doing it with his girlfriend once and he was expecting a telling off. I told him it was perfectly OK. I made sure there was always a good supply of condoms in the bathroom cabinet after that.
